*Note that the enclosure design for the Go Rocky Go has changed in June 2025: While the sound and performance of the pedal remain exactly the same, the new enclosure is no longer directly compatible with Aclam Smart Track® pedalboards' anchoring system.

We are an Authorized U.S. Aclam Dealer, and $329 is your absolute final/total here, for this brand new Aclam Go Rocky Go pedal (with box, etc., in stock in the U.S.), at the lowest price allowed by Aclam in the U.S., year-round here!

A new tribute to The Beatles universe! The Aclam Go Rocky Go pedal is a faithful recreation of the Vox Conqueror Amp (S/N 2004), a pedal for those seeking the iconic sounds of Magical Mystery Tour and The White Album.

ACLAM GO ROCKY GO MAIN FEATURES:
    • Accurate replica of our Vox Conqueror's Brilliant Channel (S/N: 2004).
    • Improved Distortion effect with independent volume control
    • Crunch Mode, a new tone for this circuit!
    • Access all 4  functions with only two footswitches: Bypass, Distortion, M.R.B & Crunch Mode
    • Wide voltage range: Runs from 9V to 18V
    • Artwork inspired by George Harrison's Rocky Strat
    • Ultra-silent switching, no clicks or pops for the Bypass and Distortion

A DEEP DIVE INTO THE GO ROCKY GO PEDAL:

The Go Rocky Go is a carefully crafted replica of the Vox Conqueror (S/N: 2004) Brilliant Channel, faithfully recreating the original M.R.B. (Mid-Range Boost) and the built-in distortion effect, while incorporating refinements for seamless live performance with a variety of amps.
Normal mode (Bypass Switch - White Led): Reproduce the clean channel of the original Vox Conqueror preamp.
Distortion (Distortion Switch - Orange LED): Fatures the original Conqueror's built-in distortion effect, with a fuzzy, vintage character (quite different from modern distortion pedals and high gain amps). Match the clean and distorted output levels, or even boost them, regardless of how hot your guitar pickups are with it's independent Volume Control.
M.R.B (Mig-Range Boost) (M.R.B LED): Switch between 3 selectable frequencies for enhanced midrange response.
Crunch mode (Bypass Switch - Blue LED): A brand-new take on this amp circuit, sitting between clean and distortion. It slightly increases gain, adding a slight overdrive. An internal Crunch Gain control lets you fine-tune the amount of overdrive (Factory set to max.). Pro tip: Hotter pickups (like a Casino with P-90s) will drive the gain even further.
Voltage versatility (from 9V to 18V): At 9V: warmer tones with a fuzzier distortion. At 18V: Higher headroom, increased output volume, and more sustain and bite on the distortion.

    ABOUT THE VOX CONQUEROR AMP:
In 1967, Vox introduced the Conqueror as part of a new solid-state amplifier series, replacing the unsuccessful UL series. These amps were fully solid-state, reflecting the rising popularity and affordability of the technology. The Conqueror shared its preamp with other high-end models in the series like the Defiant and Supreme, differing only in power output (30W, 50W, and 100W, respectively) and speaker configurations.

The Conqueror introduced a completely new circuit, including an all-new distortion effect and the M.R.B. (Mid-Range Resonant Boost), a feature adapted from Vox prototypes developed by Thomas Organ for the U.S. market. This circuit also played a key role in the development of the Clyde McCoy Wah-Wah. The amp also included built-in reverb and tremolo effects.

Thanks to the strong relationship between Vox and The Beatles, some units were sent to the band for studio use. These amps were used during the Magical Mystery Tour sessions and on The White Album. The Conqueror can also be seen in the Hello, Goodbye music video, alongside a Vox UL amp.

    ACLAM'S 'NOT-SECRET' FORMULA:
To distill the Conqueror's tone in a stompbox, Aclam followed the same approach they did with the Dr. Robert, The Mocker and The Windmiller Preamp: they got their hands on the real thing.

Aclam already acquired the VOX Conqueror in 2017, during their search for the VOX UL730 to develop the Dr. Robert. Now, they rescued it from their vault, fully restored it, meticulously measured every component, and traced the circuit boards to ensure they knew exactly how the amp sounded. This time, Aclam wanted to push the boundaries, packing as many features as possible while staying true to the original sound.
