Orders typically take 1 business day to process, followed by 5-8 business days for delivery. Expedited shipping is available at checkout for an additional fee.
Please note: Orders are processed and shipped in the order they are received. Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST on Friday will be processed on Monday. Expedited and economy shipping options have a processing time of 1 business day.
Delivery Issues

Orders assumed to be lost or missing will be replaced with an identical item. Refunds will not be issued for lost or missing packages.
After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details for USPS, FedEx, DHL, or UPS (depending on your location).
Due to logistical challenges and high shipping costs, shipping to Hawaii and Alaska incurs an additional charge. We strive to offer the most competitive shipping rates, but these regions incur higher fees to ensure timely and reliable delivery. To compensate for the higher shipping costs outside the continental United States, we charge a flat fee of $15 for all orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii.
